Lavender Lemonade

3 table spoons natural lavender

1 cup sugar

2 cups water

2 cups lemon juice (at least 3 lemons)

4 cups water

Mix together lavender flowers, water and sugar and heat until boiling stirring to dissolve the sugar, then continue on low boil for 8 more minutes without stirring. Cool this down well. Strain out the lavender flowers. Mix this cooled “syrup” with the lemon juice and water.
